Prague Philharmonia is the first orchestra in the Czech Republic to organize special concerts for children and their parents. They have become very popular and regulary sell out the Dvořák Hall of Rudolfinum.

After nine years of existence, the children concert series has been given a new form the author of which is the theatre director Vladimír Jopek. Actors from the Small Vinohrady Theatre for Children present the concerts.

Building on this successful platform, the Prague Philharmonia has launched the NOTIČKA club for children between four and thirteeen years of age. The club members have the opportunity to get to know various musical instruments, meet the musicians, to develop other esthetic interests including drawing and dramatic arts, and, last but not least, to make new friends.
